I have got to start some healthier habits. Perhaps June will be a good starting point. Well, after the Greek Festival...

I have another interview today. I hope I don't get lost. It's about half an hour away, and part of the highway is under construction. I don't like driving on the highway in general, since semis make me extremely anxious (I drive a tiny car), but driving on a highway where the lanes narrow due to construction while having to pass (or be passed by) semis really cranks my freak-out level to 11. At least I can take the scenic route home.

I am still waiting for some information regarding the Children's Librarian interview. I am not sure if they want me to present the story-time and program as though I am talking to the kids, or if I just have to demonstrate my planning for them. I can't imagine that they want me to read and sing songs for 15 minutes... Would they? I mean, surely not. But, if that's the case, then this is less of an interview and more like an audition. Oh well. It's not like I actually expect to get the job. I'm just doing this for the experience.

Argh. So I actually have to read to these people... I just got a whole bunch of books to plan. I really want to read Tippy, Tippy, Splash (it's so cute!), but I think it's too long for a group of kids under 5. So, now I have to find some good rhymes and stuff. I'm going to feel like such a dork doing this over Skype. Not only am I doing this without the normal feedback, but I also have to do this in a semi-public location. I am using the big study room at the library, and there aren't blinds on the windows... I hope no one looks in and sees me or I will D-I-E of embarrassment.

I also need to create a short talk about aviation for my 8 - 12 year old program.

And I need to have this all ready by Monday. Uuuuu... T_T
